Online Ordering

In placing orders customers are agreeing to be bound by the following terms & conditions:-

Mick takes all reasonable measures to ensure details, measurements & descriptions of his paintings & prints are as accurate and complete as possible, however due to the nature of photographic colour reproduction slight variations may occur.

All product prices exclude delivery charges. UK Standard delivery is approximately 3-4 working days, USA & EUROPE 4-8 working days and the REST OF THE WORLD 8-14 working days. Delivery costs are calculated on orders placed and are added and clearly detailed in customers shopping carts at the time of purchase.

Please Note;- shipments abroad may incur customs delays which are beyond our control and any additional customs charges or duties levied must be borne by the recipient. If customers have any queries regarding our terms and conditions before placing an order we advise that any queries are raised prior to a purchase.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may within 7 days return the item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Mick Leroy does not guarantee that use of this website will be compatible with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors to the site. Mick is committed to maintaining customers privacy. We will only request customers details for the purpose of online sales & delivery and the information collected will only include a customers name, address, telephone number, e-mail address together with a delivery address when a purchase has been made.

Please note all customer personal details relating to Credit & Debit card purchases are not held by Mick Leroy and are processed independently and securely using the latest encrypted online banking allowing customers to shop safe and securely.

Mick Leroy will only contact customers in relation to queries about orders or to update customers about specific orders, stock availability and delivery times.

If a customer has subscribed to Mick Leroy newsletter they will receive regular email updates on product news and the latest offers and promotions available. Should a customer wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter a provision to do so is provided within the newsletter. Mick Leroy will not pass any customers information onto any other companies or third parties for marketing purposes, and any information we may obtain about customers usage of the our website will only be used to help us develop and improve our services further.
